History
Dover Enterprises Distilleries was founded in 2004 in Port Dover,Ontario – a quaint beachfront community on the northeastern shore of Lake Erie. Inspired by Northern Ontario’s crystal-clear water, we set out to craft meticulously distilled, finely balanced spirits, using our region’s natural bounty.
