Dover Enterprises Distilleries was founded in 2004 in Port Dover,Ontario – a quaint beachfront community on the northeastern shore of Lake Erie. Inspired by Northern Ontario’s crystal-clear water, we set out to craft meticulously distilled, finely balanced spirits, using our region’s natural bounty. 

Our noble mission was to craft fine products,

using local ingredients to produce a wholesome, distinctly Canadian,

drinking experience.

Founded in Norfolk County,Ontario and originated in 1888 by Samuel Lake Hunter. We began operations as a fully licensed distillery in 2004. Our Mission is To Create Uniquely Extraordinary Spirits.
